A Note About Insurance

At this time, I do not accept insurance. I know this can be an important part of accessing care, and I don’t take that lightly. My decision comes from wanting to offer therapy that isn’t limited by diagnostic requirements, session caps, or outside restrictions—so we can focus fully on your process, your pace, and what actually supports your healing.

If you’re using out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I can also support you in understanding how that process works if it feels confusing. If cost is a concern, please still reach out—we can talk through options and see what feels possible.
